Once there was a man who raised a turtle. He used to feed the turtle regularly and it habitually went finding the food in the usual place and on time. One day the man heard that the turtles are lazy and poor creatures with no intelligence.
In an attempt to test his pet one, the man kept a glass obstacle preventing the turtle from reaching its food. The turtle tried several times to reach the food, but hit the glass and got back all the times realizing that it could not move forward. This happened for 3 days.
On fourth day, the man removed the obstacle in order to allow his turtle take food. The turtle went near the food as usual and got back thinking that the obstacle was still there. The poor creature eventually died without having, but seeing the food when it's just a few steps away.
If the lazy turtle tried just one more time reaching the food, it would have survived. It is the perseverance that leads to the path of success when perceptions say, "It's a dead end!”.
Moral: Success is not final; Failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts...
