“Mute Gossip”

It was a bad day for me. Many things had gone wrong for me during the day and I was feeling peevish and restless when I entered a city bus at Corporation.

As the city bus was much crowded, I did not get any place to sit and had to stand carrying a heavy sack on my shoulders.

Many school-going children were present in the city bus, returning to their homes. They were all talking loudly, shouting and producing so much of noise that the conductor had to shout “Ticket-ticket” with all his might to attract passengers’ attention.

In all this mayhem, I noticed a group of 2-3 little girls, around 10-12 years old, chatting animatedly with each other. However, there was something strange in their talk – they were rigorously using hand signs, body language for talking instead of words. They were all deaf.

But their mute conversation was more vocal than all the noise and cacophony around. They were all gossiping over something animatedly, smiling; their innocent faces bright with genuine happiness.

God did not gift them with the power of listening. But it did not seem to prevent them from being happy, from smiling genuinely. They did not seem to complain about life being unfair to them, in-fact they did not seem to lack anything in life.

Life may not be perfect, it may not give us all that we want, it may not always seem fair to us, but still life is beautiful and it does not prevent us from being happy, from smiling genuinely.

I felt much better when I left the city bus. My problems were too trivial to complain and get upset …

“Nail in the Fence”

There was a little boy who had a very bad temper. His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.

The first day the boy had driven thirty seven nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down.

It was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.

The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.

He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say "I'm sorry", the wound is still there. A verbal wound is as bad as a physical one.”

Lessons to Learn from This Story:

Control your anger and never say bad things in anger to anyone.

Touching Story

One old man was sitting with his 25 years old son in the train. The train was about to leave the station.
All passengers were settling down on their seat. As the train started, young man was filled with lots of joy and curiosity.

He was sitting towards the window side. He passed out one hand to feel the passing air and shouted, "Papa see all trees are going behind".

The old man smiled and admired son's feelings.

Beside the young man one couple was sitting and listing all the conversation between father and son. They were feeling little awkward on the attitude of 25 years old behaving like a small child.
Suddenly young man again shouted, "Papa see the pond and animals. The clouds are moving with train".

The Couple was watching the young man embarrassingly. Now it started raining and some of the water drops touched the young man's hand. He was
filled with joy and he closed his eyes. He shouted again," Papa it's raining, water is touching me, see papa".

The couple couldn't help themselves n asked old man,"Why don't u take ur son to some hospital for consultations?"

The old man said," Yes, We were coming from hospital only. Today, my son got his eyes first time in life".

Bottomline:-

*****"We must not come to any conclusion until we know all facts.

“The biggest strength of wise people”

Gautama Buddha was sitting under a banyan tree. One day, a furious Brahmin came to him and started abusing him. The Brahmin thought that Gautama Buddha would reciprocate in the same manner, but to his utter surprise, there was not the slightest change in the expression on his face.

Now, the Brahmin became more furious. He hurled more and more abuses at Buddha. However, Gautama Buddha was completely unmoved. Actually there was a look of compassion on his face. Ultimately the Brahmin was tired of abusing him. He asked, "I have been abusing you like anything, but why are you not angry at all ?"

Gautama Buddha calmly replied, "My dear brother, I have not accepted a single abuse from you." "But you heard all of them, didn't you?" The Brahmin argued half-heartedly. Buddha said, "I do not need the abuses, so why should I ever listen to them?"

Now the Brahmin was even more puzzled. He could not understand the calm reply from Gautama Buddha. Looking at his disturbed face, Buddha further explained, "All those abuses are now remaining with you." "It cannot be possible. I have hurled all of them at you," the Brahmin persisted.

Buddha calmly repeated his reply, "But I have not accepted even a single abuse from you ! Dear brother, suppose you give some coins to somebody, and if he does not accept them, with whom will those coins remain?"

The Brahmin replied, "If I have given the coins and if it’s not needed by someone, then naturally they would remain with me."

With a meaningful smile on his face, Buddha said, "Now you are right. The same has happened with your abuses. You came here and hurled abuses at me, but I have not accepted a single abuse from you. Hence, all those abuses would remain with you only. So there is no reason for me to be angry with you."

The Brahmin remained speechless. He was ashamed of his behavior and begged for Buddha's forgiveness.

Lessons to Learn from This Story:

Inner calmness and peace are keys to contented life. Gautama Buddha’s advice is “Live life as per your goals and ambitions.” You know who you are and what you want in life, so don’t respond to what another person talks about you, in anger. Control your anger with patience and calmness. That is biggest Strength of Wise people!

"Look within"

A man feared his wife wasn’t hearing well as she used to and he thought she might need a hearing aid. Not quite sure how to approach her, he called his family doctor to discuss the problem. The doctor told him there is a simple, informal test; which he could perform and give them a better idea about her hearing loss.

“Here’s what you do,” said the doctor, “stand about 40 feet away from her, and in a normal conversational speaking tone, see if she hears you. If not, go to 30 feet, then 20 feet, and so on until you get a response.”

That evening, when his wife was in the kitchen, cooking dinner, he was in the drawing room, standing about 40 feet away from her.

“Honey, what’s for dinner?”, he asked in a normal tone. No response! So he moved closer to the kitchen, about 30 feet from his wife and repeated “Honey, what’s for dinner?” Still there was no response. Next, he moved into the dining room where he was placed about 20 feet from his wife and asked the same question. Still further, he didn’t get his awaited response. He now walked upto the kitchen door which was another 10 feet away and asked “Honey, what’s for dinner?” Again no response! So he walks up and whispers behind her “Honey, what’s for dinner?” “Steve, for the fifth time I’ve said, “Chicken” . “Do you have some hearing problem ?”

Sometimes, the problem may not be with the other person as we always think; it could be within us. Let’s look within ourselves before we find fault with others.

“Scattered Paper”

Once upon a time an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief.

As a result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proven innocent. After been released he sued the old man for wrongly accusing him.

In court the old man told the Judge: “They were just comments, didn't harm anyone..”

The judge, before passing sentence on the case, told the old man: “Write all the things you said about him on a piece of paper . Cut them up and on the way home, throw the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to hear the sentence.”

The next day, the judge told the old man: “Before receiving the sentence, you will have to go out and gather all the pieces of paper that you threw out yesterday.”

The old man said: “I can't do that! The wind spread them and I won't know where to find them.”

The judge then replied: “The same way, simple comments may destroy the honor of a man to such an extent that one is not able to fix it.

If you can't speak well of someone, rather don't say anything.

'Let's all be masters of our mouths, so that we won't be slaves of our words.”

Tomato Story

This actually came to me in an email .......

A Jobless & almost illeterate man applied for the position of " helper' at Microsoft. The interviewer interviewed him then watched him cleaning the floor as a test.

'You are employed' he said.. Give me your e-mail address and I'll send you the application to fill in, as well as date when you may start.

The man replied 'But I don't have a computer, neither an email'.

'I'm sorry', said the HR manager. If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And who doesn't exist, cannot have the job.'

The man left with no hope at all. He didn't know what to do, with only $10 in his pocket. He then decided to go to the supermarket and buy a 10Kg tomato crate.
He then sold the tomatoes in a door to door round.. In less than two hours
he succeeded to double his capital. He repeated the operation three times,
and returned home with $60.

The man realized that he can survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and return late. Thus, his money doubled or tripled everyday.

Shortly, he bought a cart, then a truck, and then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.

5 years later, the man is one of the biggest food retailers in the US ...

He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a life insurance.

He called an insurance broker, and chose a protection plan.
When the conversation was concluded the broker asked him his email.
The man replied,’ I don't have an email.'
The broker answered curiously, 'You don't have an email, and ye have succeeded to build an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an e mail?!!' The man thought for a while and replied, 'Yes, I'd be an office boy at Microsoft!'

Moral of the story

Moral 1

Internet is not the solution to your life.

Moral 2

If you don't have Internet, and work hard, you can be a millionaire.

Moral 3

If you received this message by email,
you are closer to being a office boy/girl,than a millionaire............

“The burden of hatred”

A Junior School teacher noticed some of her students carrying hatred and fighting with each other. She wanted to teach all a lesson and told her students to bring some potatoes in a plastic bag to school. “Don’t think it’s for preparing chips just bring”, she told.

Each potato will be given the name of the person whom that child hates. Some decided to bring a sack of potatoes. Like this the number of potatoes would be equal to the number of persons they hate. On the decided day the children brought their potatoes well addressed as instructed. Some had two, some had three and some had even five potatoes. ..

The teacher said they have to carry these potatoes with them everywhere they go for a week. As the days passed the children started to complain about the spoilt smell that started emanating from these potatoes. ..

Also those who had many potatoes complained that it was very heavy to carry them all around. The children got rid of this assignment after a week when it got over.

The teacher asked, “How did you feel in this one week?” The children discussed their problems about the smell and weight. Then the teacher said, “This situation is very similar to what you carry in your heart when you don’t like some people. This hatred makes your heart unhealthy. That may be also a major reason for rising heart attacks and you carry that hatred in your heart everywhere you go.

If you cannot bear the smell of spoilt potatoes for a week, imagine the impact of this hatred that you carry throughout your life, on your heart?” Hatred is a burden, it ruthlessly crushes the one who carries it deep inside, not realizing he’s sown a poisonous seed within his own heart. Wipe it before it wipes you!

“Shaping Life with a Positive Attitude”

Once a little girl was born into a very poor family in a shack in the backwoods of Tennessee. She was the 20th of the 22 children, prematurely born and frail. Her survival was doubtful. When she was four years old she had double pneumonia and scarlet fever - a deadly combination that left her with a paralyzed and useless left leg. She had to wear an iron leg brace. Yet she was fortunate in having a mother who encouraged her.

Well, this mother told her little girl, who was very bright, that despite the brace and leg, she could do whatever she wanted to do with her life. She told her that all she needed to do was to have faith, persistence, courage and an indomitable spirit.

So at nine years of age, the little girl removed the leg brace, and she took the step the doctors told her she would never take normally. In four years, she developed a rhythmic stride, which was a medical wonder. Then this girl got the notion, the incredible notion, that she would like to be the world's greatest woman runner. Now, what could she mean - be a runner with a leg like that?

At age 13, she entered a race. She came in last - way, way last. She entered every race in high school, and in every race she came in last. Everyone begged her to quit! However, one day, she came in next to last. And then there came a day when she won a race. From then on, Wilma Rudolph won every race that she entered.

Wilma went to Tennessee State University, where she met a coach named Ed Temple. Coach Temple saw the indomitable spirit of the girl, that she was a believer and that she had great natural talent. He trained her so well that she went to the Olympic Games.

There she was pitted against the greatest woman runner of the day, a German girl named Jutta Heine. Nobody had ever beaten Jutta. But in the 100-meter dash, Wilma Rudolph won. She beat Jutta again in the 200-meters. Now Wilma had two Olympic gold medals.

Finally came the 400-meter relay. It would be Wilma against Jutta once again. The first two runners on Wilma's team made perfect handoffs with the baton. But when the third runner handed the baton to Wilma, she was so excited she dropped it, and Wilma saw Jutta taking off down the track. It was impossible that anybody could catch this fleet and nimble girl. But Wilma did just that! Wilma Rudolph had earned three Olympic gold medals.

Wilma realized she was born with a unique gift – the gift of Positive Attitude and that was enough to overshadow all the defects her leg had. In return she was determined by her attitude to make her life an inspirational one for many, so that they start striving with all what they have.

Make your talent a gift to the world! Have a great week with a positive outlook to life!

"King Alexander’s last wishes"

There is very instructive incident involving the life of Alexander, the great Greek king.

Alexander, after conquering many kingdoms, was returning home. On the way, he fell ill and it took him to his death bed. With death staring him in his face, Alexander realized how his conquests, his great army, his sharp sword and all his wealth were of no consequence. He now longed to reach home to see his mother's face and bid her his last adieu. But, he had to accept the fact that his sinking health would not permit Him to reach his distant homeland. So, the mighty conqueror lay prostrate and pale, helplessly waiting to breathe his last. He called his generals and said, "I will depart from this world soon, I have three wishes, please carry them out without fail." With tears flowing down

their cheeks, the generals agreed to abide by their king's last wishes.

"My first desire is that,” said Alexander, "My physicians alone must carry my coffin." After a pause, he continued, "Secondly, I desire that when my coffin is being carried to the grave, the path leading to the graveyard be strewn with gold, silver and precious stones which I have collected in my treasury." The king felt exhausted after saying this. He took a minute's rest and continued. "My third and last wish is that both my hands be kept dangling out of my coffin." The people who had gathered there wondered at the king's strange wishes. But no one dare bring the question to their lips. Alexander's favorite general kissed his hand and pressed them to his heart. "O king, we assure you that your wishes will all be fulfilled. But tell us why do you make such strange wishes?"

At this Alexander took a deep breath and said: "I would like the world to know of the three lessons I have just learnt. I want my physicians to carry my coffin because people should realize that no doctor can really cure anybody. They are powerless and cannot save a person from the clutches of death. So let not people take life for granted.

The second wish of strewing gold, silver and other riches on the way to the graveyard is to tell People that not even a fraction of gold will come with me. I spent all my life earning riches but cannot take anything with me. Let people realize that it is a sheer waste of time to chase wealth.

And about my third wish of having my hands dangling out of the coffin, I wish people to know that I came empty handed into this world and empty handed I go out of this world." With these words, the king closed his eyes. Soon he let death conquer him and breathed his last.

“One more chance"

It’s another morning! Again I have to go to office. Oh, this is me I shouted having a glance on my snap in today’s news paper. But what is it doing in the death column? Strange…

One second, let me recollect, last night when I was going to bed I had a severe pain in my chest, but I don’t remember anything after that, I think I had a sound sleep.

Its morning now, ….. It’s already 9:00 AM, where is my coffee? I will be late for office and my boss will get a chance to irritate me.

Where is everyone? I screamed. “I think there is a crowd outside my room, let me check.” I said to myself.

So many people….. not all of them crying… but why are some of them crying? My wife was crying… she was really looking sad. My little son was not sure what happened, but he was crying just because his mom was sad.

What is this? I'm lying there on the floor…“I am here” … I shouted! No one listened. “Look, I am not dead” I screamed once again! No one is interested in me.

How can I go without telling my son that I really love him, I really do care for him?

How can I go without telling my wife that she is really beautiful and the most caring wife in this world?

How can I go without telling my parents that I really do love them?

How can I go without telling my friends thanks for being there ?

I can see a person standing in the corner and trying to hide his tears. Oh… he was once my best friend, but a small misunderstanding made us part.

I went there.. And offered him my hand, “Dear friend… I just want to say sorry for everything, we are still best friends, please forgive me.” No response from his side. He is still preserving his ego? I am saying sorry… even then!” But it seems he is not able to see my extended hand!

I just sat down; I too felt like crying! “Oh almighty! please just give me a few more days. I just want to make my wife, my parents; my friends realize how much I love them. ”

"Stop shouting" said my wife as she gently woke me up. "Did you have a nightmare?"

I was sleeping….oh that was just a dream….My wife was there… she could hear me…that was the happiest moment in my life…I hugged her!

“Thank you God for this second chance.”

So, Now it’s not late. Forget your ego, your dead past and express your love to others. Be friendly, keep smiling and be happy for ever !

Is there any relation between affection and anger?

Is there any affection between affection and anger?

I guess most of you would agree that you get angry much more and faster who you care about. If you have affection towards someone, you get mad at them even on the smallest thing.

What is that what triggers this anger? Why can the affection not stop this anger? Or is it the affection which acts like a catalyst. Is it the over care you give to someone which doesn't let you allow them to do anything which sounds not good to you. Is that the reason for the anger?

When you get mad at someone unknown or not very close, say at work or something like that, you can control it. Is it because you are so cautious about how that person would think? How the world around you will think? Or maybe, there can be bad results of that.

Why the same doesn't apply when you don't like something about the people who you care about, why can you not control your reactions or in the first place your emotions? Why do you not care how the person would feel? Why do you not care how you would feel when you think backwards what happened?

Or is it that even though you get less angry with person who you care about, but you express it more due to the fact is that you feel comfortable expressing it. That pictures the scenario to look like you get more angry on persons you care than the persons you don't care.

I still want to understand what is the relation between affection and anger.

Any comments?

“You are a Masterpiece"

A plum once said, just because a banana lover came by, I converted myself into a banana. Unfortunately, his taste changed after a few months and so I became an orange. When he said I was bitter I became an apple, but he went in search of grapes. Yielding to the opinions of so many people, I have changed so many times that I no more know who I am. How I wish I had remained a plum and waited for a plum lover.

Just because a group of people do not accept you as you are, there is no necessity for you to strip yourself of your originality. You need to think good of yourself, for the world takes you at your own estimate. Never stop down in order to gain recognition. Never let go of your true self to win a relationship. In the long run, you will regret that you traded your greatest glory - your uniqueness, for momentary validation. Even Gandhi was not accepted by many people. The group that does not accept you the way you are, is not your world.

There is a world for each one of you, where you shall reign as king / queen by just being yourself. Find that world... in fact, that world will find you.

What water can do, gasoline cannot and what copper can, gold cannot. The fragility of the ant enables it to move and the rigidity of the tree enables it to stay rooted. Everything and everybody has been designed with a proportion of uniqueness to serve a purpose that we can fulfill only by being our unique self. You as you alone can serve your purpose and I as I alone can serve my purpose. You are here to be you... just you.

There was a time in this world when a Krishna was required and he was sent; a time when a Christ was required and he was sent; a time when a Mahatma was required and he was sent; There came a time when you were required on this planet and hence you were sent. Let us be the best we can be. Don't miss yourself and let the world not miss you.

In the history of the universe, there has been nobody like you and to the infinite of time to come, there will be no one like you. Existence should have loved you so much that it broke the mould after making you, so that another of your kind will never get repeated. You are original. You are rare. You are unique. You are a wonder. You are a masterpiece... your Master's piece. Celebrate your Uniqueness.

“Life is a gift"

There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she’s blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her; she could see everything. Her boyfriend asked her, “now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind too and refused to marry him. Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying. “Just take care of my eyes dear.”

This is how human beings change when their status gets enhanced. Only a few remember what life was before, and who’s always been there even in the most painful situations.

Life is A Gift.

Today before you think of saying an unkind word – Think of someone who can’t speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food – Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Today before you complain about life – Think of someone who went too early to heaven/hell.

Before you argue about your dirty house – Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive – Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job – Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.

But before you think of pointing a finger or condemning another – Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one maker.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down – Put a smile on your face and thank — you’re alive and still around.

Life is a gift – Live it, Enjoy it, Celebrate it and Fulfill it.

“Faith and Attitude keeps you going”

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.

From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why does God have to select you for such a bad disease"?

To this Arthur Ashe replied:

"The world over - 50 million children start playing tennis, 5 million learn to play tennis,

500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam,

50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals,

when I was holding a cup I never asked God ‘Why me?’

And today in pain I should not be asking God ‘Why me?' "

"Happiness keeps you Sweet,

Trials keep you Strong,

Sorrow keeps you Human,

Failure keeps you humble and Success keeps you glowing… but only Faith & Attitude keeps you going!”

“A struggle for attention”

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door!

He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown. The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car shouting, “what was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?” The young boy was apologetic.

“Please, mister...please, I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do,” He pleaded. “I threw the brick because no one else would stop...” With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car. “It's my brother”, he said. “He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up.”

Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, “would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me.”

Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay. “Thank you and may God bless you”, the grateful child told the stranger.

Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the boy push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home. It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar.

The damage was very noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door. He kept the dent there to remind him of this message: “Don't go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!”

God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts. Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's our choice to listen or not.

“The 99 Club"

Once upon a time, there lived a King who, despite his luxurious lifestyle, was neither happy nor content.
One day the King came upon a Servant who was singing happily while he worked. This fascinated the King; why was he, the Supreme Ruler of the Land, unhappy and gloomy, while a lowly servant had so much joy. The King asked the Servant, "Why are you so happy?"

The Servant replied, "Your Majesty, I am nothing but a servant, but my family and I don't need too much - just a Roof over our heads and warm food to fill our tummies." The King was not satisfied with that reply.

Later in the day, he sought the advice of his most trusted Advisor. After hearing the King's woes and the Servant's story, the Advisor said, "Your Majesty, I believe that the servant has not been made part of The 99 Club."

"The 99 Club? And what exactly is that?" the King inquired. The Advisor replied, "Your Majesty, to truly know what The 99 Club is place 99 Gold Coins in a bag and leave it at this Servant's doorstep." When the servant saw the bag, he took it into his house. When he opened the bag, he let out a great shout of joy... so many Gold Coins!

He began to count them. After several counts, he was at last convinced that there were 99 Coins. He wondered, "What could've happened to that last Gold Coin? Surely, no one would leave 99 Coins!" He looked everywhere he could, but that final Coin was elusive. Finally, exhausted, he decided that he was going to have to work harder than ever to earn that Gold Coin and complete his collection.

From that day, the servant's life was changed. He was overworked, horribly grumpy, and castigated his family for not helping him make that 100th Gold Coin. He stopped singing while he worked.

Witnessing this drastic transformation, the King was puzzled. When he sought his Advisor's help, the Advisor said, "Your Majesty, the servant has now officially joined The 99 Club."

He continued, "The 99 Club is a name given to those people who have enough to be happy but are never contented, because they're always yearning and striving for that extra "1" telling to themselves: "Let me get that one final thing and then I will be happy for life."

We can be happy, even with very little in our lives, but the minute we're given something bigger and better, we want even more! We lose our sleep, our happiness, we hurt the people around us; all these as a price for our growing needs and desires.

That's what joining the 99 Club is all about."

Few funny facts

These funny facts may not be facts at all.

We believe these facts to be true, we also believe in Santa Claus.
We therefore take no responsibility for your actions if you act on one of our facts.

Think About It
Death is hereditary.

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

Smoking is a dying art.

You never know what real happiness is until you get married, and then it is too late.

Marriage is a very expensive way to get your laundry done.

The trouble with being the best man at a wedding is that you never get to prove it.

All things being equal, fat people use more soap.

No amount of advance planning will ever replace dumb luck.

The electric chair was invented by a dentist.

It's impossible to sneeze with your eyes open.

Every year more than 2500 left handed people are killed from using right handed products.

I got this in an email....post any more you might have....

Child trafficking

A very sad side of human life: child trafficking for various things. I was watching a documentary "The Day My God Died".  This documentary is available on youtube, here is the URL

Please let me know how do you feel about it. Let me know your opinion how to stop human from doing such heinous crimes against human only. Any thought?

Visit to Redondo Beach

Redondo beach is a pretty nice and clean beach.  I visited there, and got some nice pictures.

So many colors in one picture, U can see sky, sea, sand and land :)

Just giving the perfect pose :)

So clean water....just makes the mind relaxed

This is me.....if you don't like it, please scroll down to see other beautiful pics ;)

I made these birds fly so that I could take a pic of them taking flight. I tried couple times before I got this one.

I don't know about other people, but I like this. The kind of sound sea makes and the clear waves, they are just refreshing.
