Human beings are born powerful. They have the power within themselves to overcome negativities in life. In today’s time, whether one is a housewife, a corporate hi-flier, a student aspiring for a flourishing career, a child growing up with the exposure of a fast-changing world; each individual has a constant struggle to keep up with the world. Having a Healthy Mind is essential to the process. And Emotional Healthy living is a core component of achieving a healthy mind. Our brain chemicals run our bodies. They are the messengers and communicators. If these chemicals are out of balance then our bodies are out of balance. Below are few ways to keep our mind healthy:

Make Time for Family and Friends - These relationships need to be nurtured; if taken for granted they will not be there to share life's joys and sorrows.
Manage Stress - We all have stress in our lives but learning how to deal with them when they threaten to overwhelm us will maintain our mental health.
Create a Meaningful Budget - Financial problems cause stress. Over-spending on our "wants" instead of our "needs" is often the culprit. This will help in controlling stress and strain.
Content - Be happy with whatever you have. Don’t worry with what other have got. If you worry about what others have then you will never be happy and if you are not happy, your mind will not be healthy. If your mind does not have a buoyant spirit then you will physically be unfit. Always remember that what you have got others doesn’t have and keep your self-happy.
Learn To Be At Peace with Yourself - Get to know who you are, what makes you really happy, and learn to balance what you can and cannot change about yourself. Whether it is your hobby, housework or office work - Try to enjoy whatever you are doing and try to put in your 100% in it. You will have complete peace of mind and concentration to do better work.
When you get up in the morning just tell yourself – "I will be happy today". Don’t spoil your today with the burden of yesterday. Keep doing your work and today will take care of your tomorrow.
Last but not the least. We need to have a good night’s sleep to have a good day and for healthy and strong heart.
